Junior Fitness Classes


Want to encourage your little ones to be more active? Here at The Health Club, we offer a wide range of junior fitness classes & leisure activities that children & teenagers aged 2 – 15 can attend. This is the perfect way for your youngsters to exercise & meet new friends. Our family sessions are available to get the whole family involved!

 

 


   

Leisure Activities

Try something new! Our exciting selection of leisure activities are now included as part of your junior membership FREE of charge!

Activities can be booked up to one week in advance.

 

 

Pre-school Activities

There’s lots for the little ones too! Enjoy a selection of FREE activities taking place in The Hive entertainment venue. See below for a sample of activities available to our junior members. 

Sensory Time | The Very Hungry Caterpillar Time | The Cowardly Lion | Superhero School | I Can Sing A Rainbow | Wild West Adventure | The Last Penguin | Tots Ballet Time | Puppet Show Time | Dizzy & Cyril Superhero Time

These fun classes will help with cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning.
