These include body analysis where a personal profile is discussed including weight, BMI, muscle mass, hydration & more. Judith Kilgallon is a highly experienced complementary therapist specialising in the Bowen Technique. The Bowen Technique is a gentle but effective hands on holistic therapy, suitable for all ages. This technique aims to help clients with a variety of conditions including but not limited to neck, back and other joint pain, headaches and migraine, stress and anxiety by allowing the body to heal itself and promote pain management and a general sense of wellbeing. A Bowen session is tailored to each individual, so the session can last between 30 and 60 minutes.
