Five star holiday village seeks two Permanent Relief Chef de Parties' with flair and passion to join the village team in providing cover across multiple eateries. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and passionate Chef de Partie to provide support across multiple eateries village wide, including but not limited to Terrazza, boasting fresh home cooked, rustic Italian cuisine; The HIVE - a one-of-a-kind family entertainment venue serving everything from family favourites to delectable Lamb Henry’s; and our accomplished Weddings & Events venue, serving the very best from flavoursome canapés to traditional wedding breakfasts! 

Interested in: 
Methodical, organised chefs who are used to cooking for large numbers, consistently achieving high standards whilst looking  to improve the service offered. Natural flair & passion for cooking will underpin this role. 
 
The ideal candidates will have Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery or a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a kitchen environment with good all-round experience on all sections. The chosen candidates will carry out a variety of duties, whilst striving to continuously improve the operational effectiveness of the department to enhance productivity and service, help to manage spend and contribute to producing a significant profit. As Chef de Partie you will work on all sections and be involved with the senior chefs to support the business. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, food safety and presentation are developed and maintained along with your colleagues.

Availability
We have 2 permanent in-house full-time positions available offering 45 hours over 5 days, in departments that operate 7 days a week. 
 
Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business. 
 
Salary: 
To be discussed at interview based on experience. We are proud to offer competitive salaries well in excess of the National Minimum Wage.
