Popular pizza chain at Ribby Hall Village seeks experienced and highly driven Manager to lead a team in delivering excellent customer service…and pizza! 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Village for a Store Manager in Papa Johns. The ideal candidate should be keen to lead, motivate and inspire a team as they strive to provide a fantastic experience for our valued customers; dedicated to ensuring they enjoy a friendly, professional and speedy service to go with their delicious pizza!

An outgoing, positive and experienced Manager who would be excited to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment, taking managerial responsibility for a successful store and displaying the drive to develop yourself and the people around you. 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business to company standards, delivering a high quality product whilst maximising sales & profitability. 
 

The main duties of the role will be: 

  • To mentor and train a team of over 10 staff to deliver excellent customer service. 
  • To motivate and inspire the team through exemplary leadership. 
  • The organisation and distribution of duties to team members. 
  • Maintaining stock levels and stock ordering. 
  • Responsibility for Health and Safety. 
  • Responsibility for Food Safety and Hygiene. 
  • To ensure all areas are clean and well maintained; organising and leading deep cleans of all equipment and
  • facilities. 
  • Completing due diligence records daily. 
  • Processing invoices, cashing up and ensuring control of costs.

Availability:  
The position is full time, 40 hours per week, covering an operation which is open 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to cover weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
