Receptionist - The Health Club

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Village for a  Receptionist at The Health Club. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate significant expertise of operating in a busy customer focused environment and possess a passion for providing fantastic customer service.  
 
Interested in: 
Enthusiastic Receptionists with good interpersonal, administration and computer skills. The chosen candidates will work in a small team carrying out a variety of duties whilst striving to continuously improve the operational effectiveness of the Health Club department.  
 
The main duties of this role will be: 

• Assisting the Health Club team in their day-to day needs.  
• Meeting and greeting a range of clients and visitors in a professional and helpful manner. 
• Answering the telephone in a prompt, efficient way in order to direct callers to the appropriate contact point. 
• Provision of administration support to other members of the team when required.

• Good communication and people skills  
•  Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure  
• Ability to work on their own initiative within a work environment  
• Excellent PC skills – all Microsoft office packages  
• Operate within a team environment  

Availability: 
We have one zero hours casual worker position available in a department that operates 7 days a week.  
 
Zero hour casual worker positions offer flexible working hours providing you with the freedom to balance work with other commitments. Please note zero hour casual workers do not qualify for any employee benefits. 
 
Flexibility to cover weekends, early mornings and evenings is essential, together with the willingness to provide additional support to cover staff absence. 
 
Salary:   
We are proud to offer competitive salaries in excess of the National Minimum Wage.
