The kitchen is equipped with generous storage options, white Shaker-style wall and base units, a spacious countertop, a gas hob with an extractor fan, an oven, and an integrated microwave. 

The chic dining table and chair set comfortably accommodates six guests. The lounge is enhanced by large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation. It features a modern electric fireplace, a television, and a large corner sofa that doubles as a sofa bed, allowing the holiday home to accommodate up to eight guests if necessary. Double doors lead out to the decking, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining during the summer months. 

Designed for family enjoyment, the Marlow includes three well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom contains two single beds and storage cupboards, while the second bedroom is currently furnished with a single bed, storage cupboards, and a desk, but is designed to accommodate two single beds if desired. The family bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and WC. The principal bedroom boasts a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, a vanity table with a mirror, and a wall-mounted television. An ensuite bathroom features a shower, WC, and sink, offering all necessary amenities. 

Externally, this exquisite holiday home is complemented by a spacious wrap-around decking area, ensuring sun exposure throughout the day, along with a patio area at the rear for additional outdoor seating. The storage shed is equipped with electricity and plumbing, providing the option to install a washer and dryer. Additionally, there is private parking available for two vehicles.
