The kitchen features cream high-gloss wall and base units with a contrasting worktop. Fully equipped with modern amenities, it includes an integrated oven and grill, microwave, full-size fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, and a 5-ring gas hob with an extractor fan overhead. There is also ample cupboard space, currently housing an extra drinks fridge for your convenience.

The dining area has a family sized table and chairs. The lounge area is cozy and inviting, with a sofa and two armchairs offering plenty of seating for the whole family. An electric feature fire adds a touch of warmth and a TV. Large windows and double doors open up to the deck, offering spectacular views of the pond and surrounding nature.

From the kitchen, a hallway leads you to the two bedrooms and family bathroom.

The first bedroom, currently used as an office, can easily accommodate a double bed or bunk beds. It also features a built in wardrobe, providing plenty of storage.

The family bathroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring a bath with shower over, a vanity unit with a basin and a WC.

The principal bedroom has a king-size bed and overhead cupboards. A walk-in wardrobe offers ample storage space. There is also a wall mounted TV. The ensuite features a shower, WC, and basin.

Externally Larks Rise 7 offers plenty of space for outdoor living. There is parking for at least two cars, as well as two storage sheds. The great sized decking area overlooks the pond, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
