The health and safety of our guests, staff members and visitors is at the heart of everything we do. To ensure you have a safe experience whilst on the Village we politely ask you to familiarise yourself with our safety guidelines below.

All bathers must shower first & swimwear must be worn by all. Please encourage children to use the toilet before swimming. Please ensure that babies wear a swim nappy. You must not enter the water if you have suffered from a gastro-intestinal upset within the last 48 hours. All cuts and open wounds must be covered with a waterproof dressing.
In and Around The Pool
Our pools are supervised by highly experienced and qualified lifeguards. Their instructions are for your safety and must be obeyed. Please take care around the pool and in changing rooms. Do not run. Floor surfaces can be slippery when wet. Always check the pool's depth marking before entering the water. There is strictly no diving in either of our pools. You are responsible for supervising your children at all times on the following basis: Under 4 years old: 1 adult to 1 child under 4 years old 4-7 years old: 1 adult to 2 children Children 8 - 11 years must be accompanied by an adult swimming 12 years+ can swim unaccompanied. Regardless of age, weak or non-swimmers should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Flumes and Slides
Do not use slides if you have a heart condition, back injury, medical condition or are pregnant. Please be aware that height/swim capability restrictions exist on certain rides and slides. Babies under 24 months must not be taken on slides.
Hot Tubs & Sauna in The Health Club
No children under the age of 5 years are allowed to use the hot tubs. 5-12 year olds must be supervised at all times by an adult. Health restrictions apply to the use of spas, please see notices in in the vicinity. Only guests 16 years and over can enter the sauna.
