Evening Aqua Thermal Journey
Two hours of relaxation in the Aqua Thermal Journey. Keep warm in one of our inviting heat rooms or brave the cold until you submerse yourself in the outdoor hot tub and gaze at the stars.

Add one of the following treatments to your Aqua Thermal Journey package.
ishga Mud Rasul
Your first step is encompassing the body in a seaweed infused body scrub to stimulate the senses. Following on with an application of skin purifying mud, and facial exfoliating lotion, you will enter the Rasul Chamber of Heat and Steam and let the products do their magic. After you have baked in the heat a refreshing shower will end the treatment and using Ishga Hebridean Bodywash, Shampoo and Conditioner, your skin will be vibrant, cleansed and softened. To finish off, a spritz of seaweed facial toner will cool and refresh you as your body re-acclimatizes to normal body temperatures.

ishga Thermotherapy
Allow yourself to breath and relax to the sounds of the Outer Hebrides. With the beautiful citrus scents of lemongrass, we will take you on an invigorating journey, washing away any worries. The treatment includes a body wash and detoxifying body scrub, relieving tension with pressure point work, an exfoliating facial cleanse and a mini scalp massage to finish.

Providing the key benefits of mindfulness and meditation, Welnamis is a self-guided treatment delivered through stereo headphones that transmit gentle acoustic waves with binaural sounds.
This completely new anti-stress experience uses one of four programmed treatments; choose from Stress Relief, Mindfulness, Powernap or Awareness. This one-of-a-kind treatment makes it possible for even the busiest minds to achieve deep levels of relaxation.

- 60 minute Ishga Marine Back Experience - designed to rejuvenate and exfoliate, whilst treating congestion & skin concerns to reveal brighter, smoother and healthier skin. Beginning with a cleanse, tone and exfoliation, a powerful heated seaweed clay mask is then applied to soften the skin while providing a deep moisturising and collagen boosting treatment. A massage of the back and back of the legs is also included to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
