Statement from Paul Harrison Chief Executive Ribby Hall Village
2025 marked a significant milestone in the history of Dowbridge Ltd, the holding company of Ribby Hall Village; on the 18th November, Ribby purchased P.E.I Delta Electrical Installations. PEI Delta is a highly respected electrical engineering and contracting company with over 30 years of experience, delivering high quality installations and maintenance across the UK. PEI have consistently delivered quality services and solutions to Ribby and their reputation for quality and reliability aligns perfectly with our vision to provide exceptional service, while maintaining the highest standards of safety. This acquisition enables both companies to leverage each other’s expertise, increase efficiencies, and elevate both businesses to further success. Onsite at Ribby Hall Village, there is now an inhouse team of electricians joining the Construction and Maintenance teams, enhancing onsite electrical support needs. Ribby Hall Village teams will work closely with PEI to strengthen their business efficiencies with our business support expertise. The transition will be gradual over two years.
Ribby Hall Village Gender Pay Gap
This report sets out Ribby Hall Village’s gender pay gap results based on the data reported 31 March 2026. The report includes our hourly pay gap, bonus pay gap, proportions receiving a bonus, and the distribution of men and women across pay quartiles, as required under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations.
From 2027, large employers will also be legally required to publish equality action plans, including gender pay gap and menopause action plans, but this remains voluntary until April 2026.
When reviewing the Gender Pay Gap Data it is important to understand that this is not a measure of pay differences between individuals or groups performing the same or similar work, but a broader view of the differences in the average earnings of men and women, regardless of their role or seniority.
Ribby Hall Village is committed to equal pay and continues to work hard to address gender imbalance in the business.
